Overview

Integrative Clinical and Practical Hematology provides broad coverage of experimental and clinical features of blood diseases in humans and in animal models of human disease. Hematology aims to bridge the interests and practices of both those carrying out laboratory work and those whose main inclination is towards patient care. The journal covers all aspects of hematology, including disorders of leukocytes, both benign and malignant, erythrocytes, platelets, hemostatic mechanisms, vascular biology, immunology, and hematologic oncology.

 Aim and Scope

We welcome manuscripts describing research involving in vivo and ex vivo studies in the following areas: hemostaseology, blood transfusion, cell cycle regulation, cytokines, erythropoiesis, gene therapy, general hematopoiesis, granulopoiesis, hematological malignancies, immunohematology, lymphopoiesis, megakaryocytopoiesis, microenvironment, monocyte development, molecular genetics, signal transduction, stem cell biology, stem cell plasticity, and experimental as well as clinical stem cell transplantation.

The journal publishes original contributions in non-malignant and malignant hematological diseases including clinical and basic studies in hemostasis and thrombosis, immunology, blood banking, and stem cell biology. The journal cover other key subjects such as myeloid biology, myeloid disease, lymphoid biology and diseases, hemostasis and thrombosis and transfusion medicine.
